Shawn Cui serves as a Senior Associate in Landmark Ventures’ Investment Banking practice. He focuses on M&A, offering, and strategic advisory engagements for growth-stage and middle-market companies across the AI, AI agent, enterprise software, AdTech, and cybersecurity sectors. Shawn works closely with founders, management teams, and financial sponsors to evaluate strategic alternatives and execute transactions for the most innovative and disruptive opportunities in technology.
Prior to Landmark, Shawn worked on the Investment Banking team at Tigress Financial Partners. He holds an MS in Finance from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a BA in Business Administration from Nankai University. He holds Series 7, Series 79, Series 63, and SIE license, as well as CFA and FRM designations.
