John Kunschner

John is a Senior Partner and Managing Director leading Landmark’s Technology Investment Banking practice. He focuses on providing M&A, private placement, and strategic advisory services to growth stage private and public companies across the enterprise technology, industrial technology, mar-tech, data analytics and digital engagement sectors, as well as related areas of software, hardware and tech-enabled services. John leverages extensive relationships across the corporate, PE, and VC communities, with a significant cross border focus. In his twenty eight year career, John has successfully closed 80+ transactions with transaction value exceeding $6 Billion.

Prior to joining Landmark, John was a Senior VP with Jefferies, where he focused on M&A and Capital Markets transactions within the technology sectors. John joined Jefferies as a VP from Broadview International, a leading technology M&A advisor. Previously, John held investment banking roles at Robertson Stephens and PwC Securities, providing M&A and private placement services to companies across the technology, industrial, and consumer markets. John graduated from Brown University, with a BA in Business Economics.
