Nicole is an HR Manager on the Landmark Operations team. She manages and oversees hiring/recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, professional development, talent management, employee engagement, and recognition.
Prior to joining the Landmark team, Nicole worked as a Project Manager at U.S. Bank, where she was responsible for onboarding, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives. She also worked as a Program Assistant for the City of Minneapolis Urban Scholars internship program.
Nicole was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with degrees in Psychology and Business and Marketing. She now lives in Brooklyn, NY with her two cats and enjoys reading, traveling, and going to 20+ concerts a year.
